A semihusked coconut is a mature coconut with its outer husk partially removed, leaving a protective layer of fibrous husk around the hard shell. This layer shields the coconut during long-distance shipping while keeping it lighter and more cost-effective to transport than a fully husked coconut — a practical balance buyers rely on for consistent, safe delivery.
Because the husk stays partially intact, semihusked coconuts also tolerate rough handling better than fully husked stock — fewer cracked shells, less spoilage, and a more consistent yield once they reach your processing line. That matters most on longer routes, where a shipment can spend three to five weeks at sea before it's unloaded.

Sourced From Our Own Plantation, Not a Broker's Warehouse
Most semihusked coconut on the export market passes through at least one broker before it reaches a supplier's warehouse — which means variable quality, inconsistent grading, and a supply chain nobody fully controls.
Ours doesn't. Every coconut we export comes from our own 1,300-hectare plantation or a small network of local farmers we work with directly, so the grading you see in the spec sheet above is the grading you actually receive, shipment after shipment.
That consistency is backed by a standing capacity of 10 containers a month — enough to support a regular order schedule, not just a one-time spot buy.
